The Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the computer institute. This includes managing staff, ensuring smooth conduct of classes, maintaining discipline, and ensuring high-quality service for all students.
The Controller of Examination is responsible for managing and supervising all examination-related activities at the institute. This includes planning, organizing, conducting, and ensuring fairness and accuracy in assessments.
The Academic Head is the key person responsible for maintaining academic quality and discipline within the institute. They ensure that all courses are running smoothly, faculty members are performing well, and students are receiving proper guidance and education. They coordinate between the management and teaching staff, handle scheduling, syllabus updates, and maintain the academic standards of the institution.
